When you apply: your name, email address, mobile number, location, details about your community and your goals. We save your answers as you fill in the form, including unfinished applications, so you can pick up where you left off. When you join: your payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number). We also keep the information you share in calls and the community, and basic analytics about how you use this website.
To provide your membership, take payments, run calls and the community, send you updates you have asked for, and improve our service.
Only the providers we need to run the Club: Stripe (payments), Vercel and Neon (website hosting and data storage), Resend (email), our booking tool and WhatsApp (member groups). We never sell your data.
If you start an application but don't finish it, we may send you one reminder. Members receive onboarding emails during their first 90 days. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
